...OK so new government health insurance comes into play more people have health insurance. When more people have health insurance that means more people are going to the hospital which means more people need to be hired to deal with all these people. How exactly will this lead to reduced job opportunities or cuts in pay? If anything it will lead to more job opportunities and increases in pay just to keep the people they have.

They will be required to get health insurance which if they can not afford it the government will help them. The upside is millions of Americans will be able to get insurance where before they could not. The downside is that it will be taxpayer supported. Personally I have no problem with this. I would rather see my tax money go towards something like this than towards an unnecessary war or any number of things that I see as pointless.
